Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Please be advised all purchases are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse by DHL express.

All orders received will be forwarded Monday through Friday by 11:00am (NZ time). You will receive a tracking number from DHL Express proving we made delivery to the carrier and it is your responsibility to address losses or damage with the carrier (DHL customer service 131406).

Shipping Time

Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays after 11am (NZ time) may not be processed until the following Monday.

Consider any shipping or transit time we have offered to you or other parties only as an estimate. All order are packed and shipped in the order they are received.
